Celiacs:

  • Gluten-free sandwich, with Norcia ham, sesame mayonnaise, mushroom carpaccio.
  • Gluten-free cold pasta with vegetable salad and toasted almonds, with rocket pesto and ginger.

Children:

  • Sandwich with cooked ham or salami.

Dinner at Umbria Hotel

  1. half sleeves with zucchini cream, cherry tomatoes and salted ricotta;
  2. suckling pig with roast potatoes;
  3. coffee semifreddo with caramel sauce.

  • Gluten-free panzanella with pesto burrata stracciatella.
  • Gluten-free sandwich with spinach, goat cream and hazelnuts.

Children:

  • Sandwich with cooked ham or salami.

Dinner at Umbria Hotel

  1. tagliatelle with mushrooms and toasted hazelnuts;
  2. real calf flavored with herbs and sautéed chicory;
  3. tiramisu.

Variant for vegetarians: carasao bread lasagnetta with mozzarella, turnip tops and cherry tomatoes.
